    PromoPay Cloud Terminal (PCT) is a product of Promotional Payments Solutions Limited (PPS).
    PPS is committed to respecting your privacy and to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. The objective of this policy is to inform you how we handle your information. We will only collect the minimum amount of information from you to enable you as a registered business user to access the services on our site. We do not request any personal data from you apart from information which you may volunteer, for example, contacting us with an enquiry.

    In order to provide access for our customers to our platform and enable them to use our services, we collect the business email address and password of each user authorised by the customer to access the services.

    Through web pages used for log-in to PCT.

    To validate access to PCT and to send reports from PCT. The information is used for the following purposes:
    • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between the customer and ourselves
    • To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer
    • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.

  • How do we store your data?
    PPS will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Our data is stored in secured cloud servers.
    Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when it is in transit over the internet to our site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

    We will retain your data for as long as we need it to fulfill our obligations under the contract, or to comply with our obligations under applicable law.
