PromoPay Cloud Terminal (PCT) is a product of Promotional Payments Solutions Limited (PPS).

We will only collect the minimum amount of information from you to enable you as a registered business user to access the services on our site. In order to provide access for our customers to our platform and enable them to use our services, we collect the business email address and password of each user authorised by the customer to access the services.

To validate access to PCT and to send reports from PCT. The information is used for the following purposes:
To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between the customer and ourselves

PPS will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Our data is stored in secured cloud servers.

Although we will do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when it is in transit over the internet to our site and any transmission is at your own risk.
